One of the biggest construction of decade.
The terminal 2 of the Frankfurt airport carries out 70 000 qm of polished tiles, essentially in elements of big dimensions 100 x 50 x 3 cm.
For some more litlle spaces, the sizes were reduced in 60x60x 3 cm
In addition : 17 400 qm of coverings vertical sand blasted walls in element 90x90x 3 cm and 45x45x3 cm (13 400 qm inside and 4000 qm outside), 2 400 m linear of polished steps and 720 m linear of additional massive coverings.
For this project, the most important in granit, 1 400 blocks have been used for 2 years ( 5 500 m3).
Millions of passengers are travelling through this terminal each year.
Frankfurt is the most important airport in Europe for international flights.
